Ronald Koeman discussion

I disagree with dropping an impressive Holgate for Coleman when he did.
I disagree for seeing Oviedo at left back in an Everton shirt when we have loaned out a better one.
I disagree seeing Cleverley in an Everton shirt when Davies is a better footballer.

Hope that helps?

What happens in the next few transfer windows is for the future. Right now, the youth I mentioned are better than those getting a game in our first 11.

None of the players you mentioned are better than anybody in the first team squad.

Is that fact or opinion?

Its very much a fact.

Seamus Coleman is an amazing full back, a player linked with Bayern and clubs like Utd, Holgate is a young CB learning the game.
Tom Davies is a player very much in the mould of Tom Cleverley, maybe he will get better with age, but currently hes very average.
Brendan Galloway is another young CB learning the game who would benefit from playing games for another club rather than sitting on the bench in the hope that Baines got injured.

So this season, the 3 players you mentioned wouldnt improve the first team squad at all.

Strange point of view....

Strange point of view....

It's the correct one.

Holgate apart - and even then there's a long way to go - Davies isn't ready and despite a poor display the other day, Oviedo is still better as 'back-up' than Galloway.

Galloway needs to be playing regularly and would be wasted as back-up. A solid season at WBA under one of the best defensive managers in the league, and he may well be ready for the step up by this time next year.

Moyes despite being an arse re the comments made was in many ways an saviour of sorts. The job he did in those early years was arguably pivotal in our history.

Of course not mate, don't be ridiculous. What we actually needed in 2002 was innovative, bright young manager Roberto Martinez to come in and take us into oblivion trying to play out from the back with Stubbs and Weir.

You can't win every game and yes, we should have beaten Bournemouth but this shows that the early results we've picked up against "lesser sides" is crucial for the length of the season.

The RS lost to Burnley, is their season over? God no.

A win against Palace is needed and if we get any points out of the City game, we're back in business.

Galloway has been playing well for West Brom and gets forward better than Oviedo.
