Bit disappointed Koeman could not be announced, done the presser and officially be the Everton manager, before he went away. It would have taken a couple of hours and then he could of had the added bonus of wearing his Everton shirt by the pool.

It has to be said that it's an inauspicious start to his career at EFC that he chose to go on a second planned holiday leaving the club and thousands of fans hanging for days on end for finalisation of his multi-million pound contract
I agree mate, I just know that until he does officially appear at Goodison we're gonna keep seeing these daily meltdowns from the same people. It was amusing at first seeing them get so upset about the fact that it isn't "technically" official yet but now it's just tedious. Koeman is already our manager in all but name, all we have to do is wait. He's on holiday it's so obvious nothing will happen til he's back.
How can he have signed anything at all if there are 'details' to be ironed out etc
Give yourselves a shakeCan't help but feel the same, he loves a holiday it seems.
Why in earth shouldn't he? He's done his work last season and can't start his work here until all the finer details between us and Southampton are complete and even then he won't really be able to do any real work until the Euros are over. I can't understand why people think he should be hunched over his phone around the corner from Goodison waiting for the call to say it's finished. He's knows he's our manager, the people running the club know he's our manager, the media know he's our manager, Southampton know he's our manager. only some of our fans seem incapable of dealing with the fact that he isn't here NOW!Can't help but feel the same, he loves a holiday it seems.

He's clearly not a driven career orientated workaholic like Emmery for example. Doesn't mean he won't succeed but, with this attitude, I can't see him devoting much time to looking at youth or perspective new singings. It's just as well we're getting a DOF and to those who thought we didn't need one I think sunshine Ronnie might change your mind.
Not really, he had his family interrupted the first time and now wants to finish it while the finer points of the deal are sorted. Seems perfectly logical to me.Cause he literally just got back from one the other day ? Greedy so & so
Anyway I think you missed the point, we are well aware he is going to be our manager... just seems a bit of a weird time to go away on Holiday.
When else is he supposed to have a holiday? Now is the only time really, we just need to show a little patience, or maybe we should all go on holiday for a couple of weeks and shut GOT down, save a lot of stress that.Cause he literally just got back from one the other day ? Greedy so & so

The fact that he's been highly successful, much more so in his playing career, does not constitute evidence that he's a workaholic manager and even if he's not that does not mean he won't succeed with us as I stated.Player
