I was just trying to inform to the original poster Saints have not been in the premier league for "five minutes".
Actually 75%.

My post acknowledges this and I also acknowledge being a workaholic is no guarantee of success but it's my impression that many of the top level managers are obsessively dedicated to work.
Emmery, for example, is said to pour over hours of videos. Perhaps this obsessive quality at least partially increases the chances of success and contributes to distinguishing between the true winners in management and the rest of the field.

Cost us a shed load for the taxi home like, but still, good times.

Heard the same when pochettino left (arguably the better manager) plus the fire sale to the bin dippers .
Season after we finished higher then previous season.

I think you have paid over the odds and are maybe over hyping the arrival of Koeman..how you think that will pan out?
