At the end of the day we're talking about £100K a week footballers with sod-all brains and a load of time on their hands. To be honest a lot of the women who latch onto footballers are from the same stable - by and large - they have got what they want and - often - they turn a blind eye to all this. I'm not saying it's right but we shouldn't be surprised. Trouble is the mores of the red tops - selling sex on one page and calling it disgusting on the next - is a little bit hypocritical.

I'm not judging any one footballer or his wife - I agree Colleen seems a decent girl who has known Rooney since they were kids. But he's got history and, now the papers have got hold of it, he's in trouble. They sell a few more copies and no doubt, for this latest aberration Rooney is going to have to cough up £10M plus! Expensive business.

There has been a super injunction on this for months so they reckon. makes you wonder how the club deal with all this if Coleen didnt know about it. If she didnt and has found out that the club has been dealing with the whole saga of the injunction and all that then she will flip even more.
I can understand in some ways, its not like they lead the most interesting lives outside of football. If he goes into manchester for a meal he will get abuse from a city fan and get in trouble, like any footballer, ours included. They either golf or gamble online. Shes a busy girl herself and maybe they just dont see that much of eachother which is no excuse but if he has endless amounts of money and trawls the net for hookers who advertise complete discretion (LOL) then temptation will get the better of him...again.
The sex game is still one of the biggest in the UK, theres ******* loads of them and they all stay in business. Most would be married men too who cant get what they want at home.

Rooney has made his bed and must lie in it whether it be good or bad. Reminds me of a quote about George Best years ago, laying there with pound notes all over him and a Miss World of the time and the guy who walked in said "Where did it all go wrong?"

Whatever, badge kissing means nothing. compared to what him and his family got called after he left. Don't blame him. But this is about the media and how they are shooting themselves in the foot.
