Glad we got rid. Can't help thinking we got bumped though. £15m. Absolute pittance. Should've sold him before the season started and got at least double that
 
Some vile rants on here. The lad has left. Yeah, the circumstances weren't great. But maybe, just maybe he was reconsidering before this season was truly messed up. I fail to see how the terms of his contract have improved by stuffing Everton out of 20m. You only get massive sign on fees when you're a free agent. Sucker punched by a scumbag in Liverpool city centre, playing for a club that has gone backwards in the past couple of seasons, scorned at by fans, career stalling....... Im not surprised. If he truly wanted to stuff Everton he d have gone for free.
 

For the 15 million I will have left him to train with the reserve team for the season and kiss goodbye World Cup. Anyhow not sure he will play much for Chelsea...
 

Glad this rat [Poor language removed] has gone, not happy about the sly way he's done it though

I wonder how much Chelsea will be giving him and his agent under the table out of that £20million they've saved
