One of the saddest days for me as an Evertonian. The fact we couldn't keep a player like this is disgusting, and the fact he's been moved on to afford a striker in return is a massive indictment on Moshiri.

Yes, there's going to be other factors as to why he's going, and I'm not going to make excuses for him. But ultimately two facts are certain - a local lad didn't see his long term at Everton, and we had to sell to buy another player.

Wrong Tubey, he refused to sign a new contract so it was his choice to leave, it was his choice nothing to with the club. He could have stayed if he wanted but obviously not. And now the sickening I love Chelsea.
