Say all you like, but I just witnessed a Goodison derby watching an Everton 11 with not one single midfielder capable of holding onto the football and running at the opposition with it.

in defense of that everton 11, we had to put a kibosh on really playing attractive football becuase we had to account for Danny Ings.

Spot on. He was the only one with the balls and talent to do it. Yet he was lamented for not being able to do it all by himself whereas 1 in 10 players such as Mirallas got an easy ride in comparison despite contributing a fraction of what Ross did.

This thread is the equivalent of when blokes gets sacked off by their birds and then spend all their time telling everyone how not arsed they are about it even though its clear the opposite is true.

Not really, it's the equivalent of a bloke and his ex- bird, who always dressed up dead sexy but hardly ever put out for him, going their separate ways after some blazing rows and her now being stuck with a new fella may have moved her into his big house but who never lets her leave or put her make up on.

Barkley might have a fat contract but his career has totally fell of a cliff and is dire need of dramatic turnaround or he'll be remembered as another Jack Rodwell. Everyone from the media to the England manager has forgotten about him and no one is bothered.
