At the moment he is going through an awful patch of form. Playing him at the moment is not doing him or the team any favours. He needs to be left out for a little while. His form will come back again but a rest/dropping/kickinthearse will do him no harm.

He may av the ability but ain't got the desire. If you ain't got that at his age you'll never av it. All young pro's av the potential to be world class only a few have desire an ambition Ross seam's to av neither. I seriously doubt his supposedly top class ability aswell cos were yet to see it

Remember last season when he was taking on players, running at them to force mistakes and showing his ability with both feet...? Ross IS boss. He's had a shocking loss of confidence - let's not forget his age and experience. It's up to Bob m to sort it. I agree that playing him all the time isn't helping...although the trial of playing him deeper seemed to improve matters.
