People on here are wrong to have a pop at our matchgoing supporters. Better players than barkley have had the crowd on their backs for percieved lack of effort such as sheedy and lineker.Lets be honest if mourinho was his manager he'd be out the door.Hopefully a spell on the bench will freshen him up cos he doesn't deserve a place in the team at the moment

the £50m was tounge in cheek like. as if we would turn down £50m for sending him out on loan. probably based on the same overvalued english market that has seen an average left back like shaw go for £27m and a just as worse carroll go for £35m
