My Nan showed more fight in that first half than Barkley and she's been dead for ten years.

Listen lad I haven't been a fan of his recently but your an idiot if you didn't think he played well first half! He was only one moving about and getting stuck in! Second half he got a bit lost but he did much better than recent weeks! Mirallas stunk the place out and Naismith apart from his goal wasn't far behind!

I truly believe that he will kick on and develop into an outstanding player.

He looks like he's carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders this season though and needs some of the pressure taking off him.

Actually come to think of it there were a fair few whoppers turned up tonight so you may be right.

And did nothing else! Honestly think my passing would have been better than his tonight. Don't know how he lasted 90 mins to be honest. He gave nothing for Garbutt in front of him! You can have your opinion on Barkley's performance as I can have mine but there is no need to be a tit with your remarks mate!

He's the biggest victim of Naismith's uncanny ability to pop up in the right places, unfortunately. Another case of talent trumped by work.
