This kid just needs the summer to come asap and have a break away from the spotlight. Work hard, reset his expectations and start again come preseason

yep,and not get injured the day before the new season,needs to learn when to pass,and when to shoot big time,he cant decide whats what,but he's not the only one,bad season by his standards

Thought he started well and looked confident but he holds on to the ball too long at times and looses possession which no doubt effects his confidence.

Didn't offer us enough in that number 10 role, needs to add the incisive ball which Osman played on several occasions today to his game.

But even by now he should have a slight idea how to use the ball. He doesnt know what to do half the time

Huge confidence issue, there were a few times today where he made space for himself to have a crack, but he just decided to pass sideways.
Still think the crowd (Gladwys street beauts) groaning and moaning at him is having an impact on him.

When he does though, my goodness me.
I hope a full preseason will do him good, there's no doubt he's been poor this season, notwithstanding the injury.
Build up some confidence and form and we'll hopefully see a better Ross

Jaded, no confidence. Last season he was direct and powerful. Needs a good break and a clear head, hopefully he can start to fulfill that potential next term.

I think when he's intuitive he is fantastic.
See last season where he just went out and played his game.
For me he's over-thinking things too much. Lots more focus and attention from opposition players has played its part as well as his struggles to find form and confidence after that big injury he had has meant he feels the pressure to get it right all the time. It's a ticking timebomb for him as when he makes a mistake everyone gets on his back.
He's still a young player and as such prone to mistakes and drops in form and confidence. As he develops that bank of experience my hope is that he'll develop towards what I hope he can become.
