Ross Barkley

Against QPR he was head and shoulders above any of our players and I am shocked that he hasn't played more, looking forward to seeing him play more as the season goes on.
I love Barkley and would love him to play, but in all seriousness, Everton were utter Shoite against QPR and it wouldnt have been hard for him to stand out. He did though, and credit to him, being to only one to have a go against a team that had just lost 4 - 0 at home to BOLTON! God that game still griefs me.

RFUS is right.

HE DOESN'T HAVE TO PLAY 90 MINUTES EACH WEEK DAMON/OTHERS/MAINLY DAMON.

JUST MORE THAN THE DIDDLY F*CKING SQUAT HE PLAYS NOW.

For all the fuming going on now here, that would pale in comparison to if he did play and got injured. All these fumers would fume that Moyes was "tactically inept" etc etc etc.

They'd love to be fuming even more if that happened.

Xavi......

" moyes new what he was doing taking Saha off for Distin against arsenal putting us under pressure and conceding a goal"

You absolute dumb fool !!

Yes a defender came on for an attacker BUT Fellani got pushed up top... Heitinga got pushed further forward.... And for the first time in that game we were ON TOP when they scored a wonder goal!

You are clueless to make a comment like that... And have no football brain whatsoever.

Out of intrest u ever played the game at any half decent sort of standard or what?

Answer me this then, why was he "ready" for the first two games of the season but now hes not?

Did he not have as much chance of getting injured in those two games?

I think everyone is half right here!!

However, I don't understand one thing. Why was he ready at the start of the season to play from the start? But now he's not ready to come on if we are struggling.

Quite right. David Moyes has said and implied how much he rates Ross Barkley. You could tell he couldn't contain his admiration for him. When asked - why did he say of anyone at Everton that Barkley was the one to watch.

Therefore you've got to consider that Moyes has much more of an eye on Barkley's entire career. Therefore is resisting the temptation to throw him in.

I really don't think its upto Moyes to manage this kids career. He's not an agent.

The more I read that the more I laugh.

I'll bet that Barkley will NEVER play a full season for us. As, like I've said before, contracts are worthless, and if he's any good, one of the moneybag clubs will offer mediocre money and we'll have to sell him to appease the banks.

The only way Ross will have a successful and full career at Everton is if we get bought out, which is very unlikely. Despite all the tosh we are fed.
