Ross Barkley

I really don't think its upto Moyes to manage this kids career. He's not an agent.

The more I read that the more I laugh.

I'll bet that Barkley will NEVER play a full season for us. As, like I've said before, contracts are worthless, and if he's any good, one of the moneybag clubs will offer mediocre money and we'll have to sell him to appease the banks.

The only way Ross will have a successful and full career at Everton is if we get bought out, which is very unlikely. Despite all the tosh we are fed.

As a responsible football manager and coach it is his job.

Or do you want Everton to be known as "the club that ruined Ross Barkley's career"

or "the club that ruins young players careers" ?

I'm laughing too Muggins.

Xavi......

" moyes new what he was doing taking Saha off for Distin against arsenal putting us under pressure and conceding a goal"

You absolute dumb fool !!

Yes a defender came on for an attacker BUT Fellani got pushed up top... Heitinga got pushed further forward.... And for the first time in that game we were ON TOP when they scored a wonder goal!

You are clueless to make a comment like that... And have no football brain whatsoever.

Out of intrest u ever played the game at any half decent sort of standard or what?

I am sure you can put your opinion across without the aggression.. Try to not let comments get personal, alright?

Answer the question Damon

Why was he "ready" for the first two games of the season but now hes not ready to start/come on in any game?

Did he not have as much chance of getting injured in those two games?

I can understand using him sparingly and easing him in gently (oo-err!!!). But to do that, he has to actually be used! He can't gain the experience if he never plays.

And Damon, you are really worried about wrecking his career? He is a football player. To talk like that is completely defeatist. Hell, why do we even have a team??? All the players are SO vunerable to injury. Wouldn't want any injuries on our conscience would we?

FFS!!! Play Barkley!!!! He is doing us NO GOOD right now!

Because the risk of injury is greater at his age.

Look at Wilshire. He's been out for 6 months aged 19. Due to being over played at 18.

So what your saying is he was right to replace a striker for a defender and then move two more players out of their position to accommodate it.

I'm laughing too Muggins.

You've conveniently ignored my other 2 points, whilst making two random statements that you're saying that I'm suggesting.

Well done Matt, you have a vivid imagination.

Looks like you have nothing to say about the fact that Barkley will never play a full season.

Why don't you write a full sentence saying something along the lines of "I think under the guidance of David Moyes, Ross Barkley will develop into a superstar who will play a full season for Everton...."

If thats not the case, then you must want Barkley protecting so we can get top money for him when he does go.

Hence your "the club who ruined Ross Barkley..." randomness.

Only one person who can ruin Barkley other than himself, and that is David Moyes.

That's it? Thats your argument?

I have a retort for your.

Cristiano Ronaldo. Wayne Rooney. They both played at that age and LOOK AT THEM NOW.

Stop being so obtuse for the sake of it.
