Yes.
Moyes believes Naismith is a good option, he also believes Neville can play centre mid. He also sold a goalkeeper he said wasn't ready, and he's gone on to be selected for England.

I'd rather see Hitz than Neville any day of the weak. So what if Hitz has to come off after 45 or 60 minutes, that's 45 or 60 minutes of a player who does more than pass it sideways. When was the last time Neville played the kind of relatively simple chipped ball down the wing that Hitz does at 49 seconds ? I honestly can't remember.

It may well be that Moyes believes he has progressed enough to feature later on this season, but before that, he wasnt ready to start games for us.

That's a fair point. I just wish that he would not play Naismith full stop, I genuinly think we have better options Barkley being one of them. I appreciate their different types of players and play in different positions generally, but I still think we have a few players who can play in the same role that Naismith players and better, Oviedo and Barkley both being better options.

I totally agree, and the reality is if Hitz players those games it wont be long before he gets to full match fitness and can play 90 minutes.

I dont disagree tbh. Like you say Moyes has blindspots and persisting with Naismith as a right winger is one i'd like to see him adress. I do think that he is doing the right thing with Barkley.

I think he's a victim of being massively hyped. Most people wouldn't have seen him play more than 20 minutes of football at a time yet think he's some kind of Messi wonderkid. That leads them to critique Moyes for not playing him/loaning him out.
