Absolutely, Felli and Gibson in midfield gives the defence less work to do, Barkley needs time on the ball which he's good at, just needs more game time to adapt to that position.

He's gonna have good and bad games on that road to first team stardom. Think the key is playing him central as he's clearly no winger!

Think we'v all said on here that he looks a perfect No.10 which I think he proved last night. Pretty sure that's the first time moyes has played him there. Whether that's his plan with him for the future or more of a central mid I don't know but...

The lad will be absolutely buzzing! No reason why he shouldnt start against Sunderland, against poorer opposition so he should 'dominate' a bit more.
Moment of the match for me was when he left Arteta for dead with that lovely bit of skill in the first half!

He showed a lot, above all guts and initiative which is something we´re lacking at the moment. A couple of years of seasoning in the premier league and we´ll have one hell of a player.

And yes, imo he should play just behind the centre forward.
