the lad is awesome, couldnt have looked more scouse when he jumped up when noble brought him down...his reaction was quality.

Theres just not many number 10s like him atm in the current game. Hes like a mix of gerrard 5 years ago and gazza when he starts running at players. When he beats men they have no choice to hall him down on the edge of the box.

Baines is gonna love the amount of freekicks hes gonna win in dangerous areas.

WTF is a "completed dribble"???? Runs a yard or 2 then passes? Beats a man? How long does a run have to be to be a dribble?

....not a pleasant tackle at the weekend earned him a booking. Didn't look particularly malicious but I can think of some opponents who would've made a big thing of it and got the boy sent off. All part of growing up. He's suffered a serious injury himself but he needs to be careful.

There was no intent or malice IMO, Ross was ptutting his foot down to steady himself but at that moment the other players leg slid forward. I think it was really an accident.
