Yeah the Ross and Rooney situations are completely different. We were a poor side seemingly going nowhere when Rooney left. We needed the cash and Rooney's agent really pushed for him to leave.

Ross is part of a very good team, an exciting team, which he is likely to be the star of. We don't need cash and are looking to achieve things.

I'm not saying he won't EVER leave because there may come a time that if he wants to play CL and win league titles he MAY have to leave to accomplish that. But we certainly IMO will have him for many years yet.
 

You'd be crazy to think that this lad is leaving the Blues anytime soon.
You'd be a monumental idiot to think that he'd go over the parklol
 
....all this transfer stuff. It wont particularly be about us needing money, when the time comes it will be because the boy wants to go. Unlike Rooney, I get the impression that wont be any time soon, but it will be the critical dependency.

Hes been on a purple second half of the season, similar to the likes of wright phillips an lennon, because thats the type of player he is. He was dreadful first half pf the season, over the course of the year ross has not done more but has done things that sterling is not even close to being capable of. Ross has far more ability and talent and will be twice the player, while raheem wright phillips will plateu put to the rank average winger he is

I honestly think Sterling is class. Some of his finishing and passing has really surprised me. I think Barkley will still go on to be a better player, as he has more or less everything Sterling has but with size and strength (although he's not quite as quick), but I think Sterling will have a very good career. He's got more to his game than Lennon and SWP, for me. Barkley has had some extremely poor games this season too which we shouldn't forget.

He probably will be a bit above lennon and the other braindead pacey wingers we love to produce, yeah fair enough, he wont be anywhere the level of barkley for me, who has more natural talent than any english midfielder ive seen come through

I know for a fact this is true, only on RAWK, the stuff they post on there, Barkley trying to win the league for the Redshite ahead of a move in the summer, PMSL.

Brenda said recently he's arguably the best young player in Europe.

I imagine he's right, there would be a hell of a lot of arguing and clouting of his head if he spoke that crap in my boozer.
