That's ok by me, keep him away from the vultures.

It's been said before but it's such a factor, Ross is a confidence player, he needs the manager and fans too believe in him, as he matures this will decline and when it does, maybe 24-27yrs old then bam, what a player you have.

In the meantime enjoy the raw talent he possesses because he's the most exciting English footballer in a generation.

But he's young and it's a lack of concentration that's more the problem but it's still his responsibility to defend like the rest of the team.

Today. Really! The Kids being played in some kind of twilight zone where he can't get on the ball so comes deep and then the back four have no forward pass. Thank god for McCarthy eh joe someone who gets involved.
