Think most likely he and his agent have found out his stock isn't exactly that high outside of Everton and our offer is most likely the best he'll get.

I don't think he's signed anything and probably won't. My guess is Koeman is not fussed if he leaves, Ross is probably looking to move on but Kenwright - being the old romantic he is - doesn't want to lose an Evertonian and is doing all he can to keep him.
That can't be right!...Weren't we promised "nothing will be the same" ??So let me get this straight -
1. Ross wasn't offered a new contract until a few days ago
2. Going by Koeman's comments last week of the season - he firmly believed that a contract had been offered to Ross months ago
Something odd going on here - smells like the dynamic duo have been up to their usual circus antics again
hopefully Koeman would be so outraged he refuses to return to the club. This would be the biggest Everton PR disaster in a while if what TEF said is true lol
Yes, exactly. Equally possible. Still, that doesn't cross the minds of some people who for some reason take great delight in calling their own players "a thick Judas" and would live to see them out of the club.Or he got offered what was suggested, preferred to wait for a barrage of bids, got none and signed up before hot-footing it to Ibiza.
Both scenarios equally plausible.

Koeman played to that element, btw, a completely despicable act. And one more reason why I'll never respect that manager and want him out.
If Koeman was ignorant of his players wage structure then he's a fool. I don't believe that for a second. From what I see in pre-match interviews, I'm not sure Koeman has any idea of the wages that were offered...I get the feeling he just says yes or no, as far as keeping a player on, and leaves the rest up to Beavis and Butthead. I'm hesitant to implicate him just yet.
Eh?!Oh, so now you want him out?
You have always maintained you would back him David, shocking turn of events here.

Never change David...please never change.
72 pts for Ronnie K's boys next season
...only if the PL give us a 15 point start.Never change David...please never change.

True...but its Dave's magic number. No, sorry, we need to aim higher than a meagre 72 points, that was only good enough for 6th this season.
Wont need it mate....only if the PL give us a 15 point start.
I'd say there's almost no chance that Koeman wouldn't have known what RB was on and what he was being offered....in fact I'd be highly surprised if he wasn't consulted on the new figure. You would think he would but I've been pretty surprised with how flippant he's been about the whole thing in a "washing my hands" sort of way. I don't understand what would be the point of being that way, otherwise.
