We've never spent anywhere near £100m in advance of sales, in fact when we were genuinely sell to buy, we couldn't by a soul until the money was already banked

I don't expect him to throw Kenny in straight away aswell but I think he will be given the chance to push himself into the team. Martina will provide competition which could make Kenny a lot better because he will always have to be on top of his game.

How would we know that he'd be sitting on their bench?!

But at the moment, he plays week in week out for us? But doesn't get a sniff when it comes to England?!

And with how backwards the England set up is, a few good performances for spurs would almost certainly see him back in the England fold

I think he's one of our best players but personally I wouldn't pick him for England either. He's nothing close to a young Rooney and if he went I wouldn't want him back. Honestly th only reasons I would care is because he's a local lad, I don't like the fact Spurs are going to get him on the cheap and ultimately we would struggle to bring someone in who is as good.

But that says more about how good we are not how good he is.
