I'm not convinced myself at all, but just surprised it hadn't been mentioned on here yet as a few people have told me in the past hour or two.

I want to see us play a proper 433 next season with Ross in the middle driving forward. he needs to be told to shoot more instead of slowing the game down and passing back and forth across the box. have besic and some one new in the centre with him to break up play and feed Ross.
