For knobbing girls he shouldn't be knobbing, apparently.

I did a bit of a read up on this as the whole thing is quite interesting. In 2014 a chap called Sam Walker tweeted Ross telling him "Inbox me a number for you now ya little rat! You no wot this is about so don't play stupid or your footie career will come to an end".

The same guy also posted this after he got punched in a club earlier in the year:

I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility that he's been told to leave Everton by gangsters. There's certainly some evidence to suggest it may be the case. All it takes is for one person to attack him once and that's his career gone. It doesn't all add up but it's an interesting one.

He could move to Alderley Edge and not go out in town anymore? Is his only option really to leave the club? I don't buy it.

Like anywhere in Liverpool, it was good until the lids decided it was 'alright', invaded it in their droves and ruined it. Almost everywhere is the same.

I don't get the breathless 'gangsta' posts. The whole gangsta wife thing happened in 2014. If the gangsta hasn't done anything by now, then the whole thing is probably over or perhaps they are not quite on the sopranos level as many here seem to believe .(mind you if he knew it was a criminals wife then Barkley is an idiot)

I reckon it's just personality clash with koeman. Sometimes we get bad bosses who make us want to resign or move on. Hopefully in this case Barkley stays and plays this year and signs with us later on year. He would be a fantastic squad rotation player.

It would be amazing if he stayed. We need our best players in the squad, not being shipped off to competitors for bargain prices.

Rooney, Sigi, Ramirez, Barkley, Klaassen, Mirallas, Lookman, Bolaise. That's a very competitive selection of talent supporting the striker.

he'll be sold in January for 10m or something similar. The Club will make sure they get something for him.

He may dig his heels in then though and not go knowing he will get more money in the summer. We will have to wait and see what happens, can't see him playing much for us though other than league cup and maybe on a Thursday.
