This injury could be 'face saving' for all parties. We sell below the 50 mill because he's injured, Spurs say they paid lower because he's injured, Ross takes a pay (demand) cut...because he's injured.

Nah, we don't need the money, least of all an insultingly low amount. If rather our loss be the least of everyone and make Ross lose a year of playing time and deny Spurs their man for a year then take a disrespectful offer. See how Ross likes Spurs next year after a whole season of being played with the kids and hopefully given the Niasse treatment.

Spurs are right jippos. Be lucky to get £15m for him. Sir Alex said when buying berbatov he would never do business with spurs again due to penny pinching.
