You cannot say the deal is literally complete if it isn't. So he is still free and able to pull out and that's what he did when he realised what was going on.

You are right we did sign them but even after those deals were completed it was my impression from Koeman that he really wanted a big name striker and a left footed CB in addition. I agree our transfer window started out very well but I think those two positions are going to be big weaknesses in the squad if we want to go far in the cups.
What gave you that impression? Was it Koeman himself saying he wanted those two in the last two weeks?

And why should I forget Moshiri - he has overall far more influence on the clubs future than Ross irrespective of whether Barkley stays or goes. He set out clear goals and only partially achieved them for the second summer transfer window in a row. I find that far more unsettling for the clubs future long term than the decisions of a 23 year old.
Mosh also put some pressure on RonKo when saying that he is expecting top6 and the squad is now 0% his.
