He agreed terms and travelled down there, which sort of kills that conspiracy theory. If he wanted Spurs he says no to Chelsea while he's sat at home
So why hasn't he gone there, they have given him what he wants money wise, they are the current champion s , we have already brought players in to fill on for him,and listening to are owner he hasn't got a future back here?
Leaves you one of two things he has been got at by other clubs (spurs)or he can't when faced with the reality of upping sticks go through with leaving home, think the first one is more likely.

Spurs have been on with his agent all summer. If that was the move that he wanted then why not just say no to the Chelsea move sat at home?

Makes no sense

Um, Rooney and Keane? Sandro.
Let's not spin out of control cause this didn't end as perfectly as we all hoped, but this was a pretty damn good window for an Everton fan in my opinion.
Where do you expect everton to finish in the league? Top 6? I expect a mid table to 7th place finish after what i call another failure of a window. A successful window would mean a real go at top 6 if not top 4. So where will your pretty damb good window leave us next may. Give me you best guess? ( im not trying to be smart but just interested what a pretty damb good window means)

There's no doubt the decision has nothing to do with Chelsea. They'd have signed him - the fact he was having a medical confirms it.

He's either been tapped up by Spurs very late on, or... I don't know, it makes absolutely no sense. Even if we can (probably correctly) argue he's going to run his contract out, why has he decided to do that in the middle of a medical???
How do you know he was in the middle of a medical?

Barkley's only chance of ever playing for Everton again is turning into a CB or learning the traits of being an out and out 9.

Just cost us 39m. What a disgrace he is.

You making out we might go backwards, but dont take into account the deals the other clubs around us have done, i could understand if everyone ahead of us had done great deals which should see them push miles away from us, but they havent apart from United, Arsenal look to be goosed for one and the mid table teams if anything have only secured themselves from the drop.

Flush there interests out into something more concrete, more than likely under all sorts of pressure from the club to take the Chelsea offer as it was the only one actually on the table, if he just sat there said no , think of his standing within the club and with the fans, do you think he is strong enough to do that?
We will find out in the long run,i expect it to play out like , he wasn't sure of leaving us , rumours of a contract for weeks, then the club wanted to cash in on him so he had no choice but to leave.
