Lads it's a game of football. The names you're calling him and the slurs aimed at him because of your own anxieties is a bit mad isn't it? Especially if you're an adult.
Does owt like this ever happen on FIFA?

that's a very sensible post Bungle: myself and @diepnosophist both like the cut of your jib therein.I enjoy a kick about in the park but I don't remember the last time 40,000 people turned up to watch me, nor did I feel any pressure to perform. You can't just say that he deserves no pity because he does something the rest of us find fun, I'm fairly sure at the level he's playing at it's a highly pressured and stressful environment. We don't know what's gone on behind closed doors and to berate him for something we don't know the full facts about seems a little off.
He seems a bit lost at the moment and probably needs a few friendly faces around him and people that can give him the right advice, sadly I think those people are lacking and have been lacking for a while and that's why he's found himself in the position he has. I have every sympathy for him.
You see who the England setup really rate when the tournaments come around.Thats when he was chosen for England - so thats utter nonsense!
Funny enough, true story, Barkley threw in a transfer demand at the end of my first season on career and forced through a move.Does owt like this ever happen on FIFA?

you must have a very blinkered memory was he not in our midfield when we achieved the highest ever prem points no one was knocking him then ?You see who the England setup really rate when the tournaments come around.
Phil Neville played a lot of Tuesday nights in Slovakia and Moldova, but he was nowhere to be seen when a World Cup squad was announced.
lol entering GOT is like nothing else...it's Disneyland in here!Deliberate misspelling of @deipnosophist there, the plot thickens.

Not even close. 16 years after the event I still hear songs at every single match calling him every name under the sun and wishing harm upon him.
I didn't even try I was that furious.Same
I bought him back a season later
I don't think I've ever said that he's a bad player. My point was that he appears to be hard work, with Martinez being the only manager he's had that was overly keen on him.you must have a very blinkered memory was he not in our midfield when we achieved the highest ever prem points no one was knocking him then ?

I bought Sigurdsson instead. And Michael Keane.
Please mock me I deserve it.
I think Ross has been backed into a corner by poor management from Ronald and felt like he had no option but to seek a move. I think we need to look at the part Ronald has played in all of this. It's all well and good saying we like his no nonsense approach, but he only appears to have one approach, maybe he needs to recognise that each individuals needs are different and improve his own man management skills.
Sadly I don't think we'll see this improvement in Ronalds skill set and as a result there'll be continual fallouts with players and he'll depart for a bigger pay day leaving us with a disheartened broken squad.
