I agree with this.

I fear for Lookman too. He seems to get the hook quite often when others around him are also playing badly and he doesn't get a proper fair run in the team.

That is the job of the manager..not everyone would agree with the choices he has to make...however, he is far better qualified to make them decisions than us, the fans, and certainly more qualified than a young player just starting his career in the top flight.

Then maybe he ought to make this clear. Lukaku is a similar age and left everyone in no doubt of his intentions.
As much as the club is responsible for it's players, once they intend to leave then it's in the clubs interest to get as much money as it can for
it's assets...which ultimately is what the players are...young or not

I haven't got a clue what happened yesterday. However, I find it all very odd. There are conflicting accounts about whether he even travelled to London. Then there are reports of not having a medical, pulling the plug mid-medical and also of passing the medical.

If he travelled and agreed terms then surely that must have been of his own volition so why are people saying he was forced?

Will we ever get the truth to this saga? Ross should grow a pair of bollocks and actually say what he want's to do with his career. Turning down Chelsea after agreeing to personal terms is fact, but the rest is all speculation.

If the lad signs a new contract in the next week having had a change of heart he will get my support. If he doesnt sign the contract they he is screwing the club over as we will get a small fee or nothing for him and have the pleasure of paying his wages inbetween. This being the case id like to see him removed from the forum completley and never to be spoke off again as it wont be worth the effort.
