2017/18 Ross Barkley

From the Mail today

Spurs and Chelsea are likely to return with a fresh offer in January, aware that Barkley's transfer fee will be much-reduced as he will only have six months left on his Everton deal.

If no move to a Premier League rival materialised then, Barkley would leave on a Bosman in the summer.

Should he see out his Everton contract, having already turned down new terms worth around £100,000 a week, his chances of going to the 2018 World Cup would be non-existent.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman will not select him again and would not play Barkley to help him regain match fitness ahead of the January window.

As I said yesterday and rightly so. Shouldnt play in the U23's either.

Please don't leave us Ross, forgive us for being terrible fans and not offering you the support we should have.

Sign a new contract and lead us to glory. Make him captain and watch him thrive.
I can only speak for myself Bungle, but I'm confident that deipnosophist (spelling?) would echo my sentiment in telling you to ...."grow a pair, pal!!"

lol lol ...GOT is Disneyland!!

Whatever happened to him? Are you his reincarnation?

On topic, if Ross needed to get out of town because of pressure from some heavies, why didn't he
move to Chelsea? Must've been a false rumour.

Not only did he blow the best chance of getting an ok sum of cash for him, he is still getting paid for doing nowt. If he had anything about him he would try and sign a 12/18 month extension with a 25/30M buy out clause.

Recent news is the lad was set on Chelsea, however he failed the medical. His injury is much worse than Chelsea were led to believe, they pulled the plug. It is possible with aggrivation to the injury during re-hab Barkley could be out for the season. I bet he aggrivates it and goes for free.

And a few on here say he's done nothing wrong, he has crapped on us bigtime, I can't remember a player of his talent doing it this bad, all because he doesn't get on with Koeman.

All this to the club that has supported him and made him into a player, quite frankly it's disgusting from one of our own.
