Don't get what the fuss is. Ross wants to leave. Just like rom wanted to as well and did.

End of the day, for me, Everton trumps any player. No matter whether he's 'one of the local lads' or otherwise.

I'm getting worried we won't sell him now. Getting 50m seems very appealing just like John stones. Why would anyone want him tho? I certainly wouldn't if I was a manager of another premier league team

Well that's a first, have you just accused me of being smart ? You can still take it back. The reason for that sarcastic reply, no offence pal, is all we seem to be getting is excuses based on rumours of why he wants out. Even if it is true, Gerrard across the park had the same for years, he finished his career there.

Wholeheartedly agree. Ross Barkley needs - like a lot of footballers - to grow up. It's a tough world out there beyond the bounds of pampered top flight football and if he wants to remain in that sphere then he needs to accept responsibility for his own development and career path in much the same way as the rest of us do. Sod the lovey, dovey ass-wiping style of management - these guys are supposed to be grown men and as such need to buckle down and earn their bread. If Roscoe can't see that then he clearly is not very bright and probably explains why he will never achieve the heights as a footballer we all expected and anticipated. Maybe for the best he goes somewhere else instead of depriving a more intelligent and productive footballer of wages at the club.

Bit of a rant, I know, but I feel so pee'd with him and that he will not turn out the player we all thought especially in the Royal Blue.

Kenedy dirtied his bib at Chelsea and would be good cover for Baines

Why would we get £50M? Who would be daft enough to offer that when he's on a free next season?

As you mentioned in your earlier post there are a couple of possible player plus cash deals that are interesting and would be good for us
Mata or Fabregas would be dreamland
