The problem being that I didn't say it was all Koemans fault. Yet, you seem to think he has no part in this sad affair at all.

Ok, Koeman has handled the situation with Ross badly. Plenty of other managers have been able to hold their tongue, when dealing with players they don't particularly like/want etc. Ronald even admitted that he went too far when talking about him, so I don't see why this isn't accepted?

If Koeman moves to Barca directly from us it's because we're in the CL or have won several trophies.
I don't care. Ross stopped being 'one of our own' when he declined the new deal - which is one of the best ever offered to an Everton player.
Best of luck to him, and he has every right to make that decision, but the fact now is it's time to move on.
Look at Koeman's two seasons at Saints.
Look who he lost in those transfer windows.
Look where they finished.
Also had top notch treatment and rehab after his triple leg break

Wrong...Koeman didn't go out of his way to talk about Barkley. He answered questions honestly,and no more. If Koeman had avoided answering those direct questions, THAT would lead to criticism of the manager...but he didn't...he simply answered questions from the media.
