We got seventh last year and he wanted to go, can't believe people on here think he will now change his mind because we are third bottom of the Premier League, out of the Carribou cup and out of Europa league as well. He wants to win trophies and play in the champions league end of. Everton supporter ? Maybe, but first and foremost like most footballers, he comes first. I think we all need to take off the blue tinted specs, I would be amazed if he signed a contract here, made up but amazed. He decided to leave last year, Koeman in my opinion wasn't the major factor in that decision, ambition was.

Koeman was 100% why he wanted to go.

He's already crossed the bridge so he can't terrrrn back.

Koeman's legacy.

Would be a massive shame, and a bit of a wake up to us about where the club is going.

Signs were there but cos Koeman was boss about bombing players and slagging them off, honest and all that, everyone lapped it up.

Then he builds his own team...and this is where we are.

..i’d agree to that if he made a difference. To be honest, i’m not sure he would and i’m also wary of players who’ve had a serious hamstring injury.
He's under contract if we want to keep him its up to us surely!
This lad broke his leg in two places once before so if he performs, and we win games we stay up far more worth than selling him below market price!

wouldn't make a difference??? take a look at his performances last season and tell me you seriously believe that, I know you've never liked him but that is some real nonsense

Is he reliable?

‘Could stay if Unsworth or Dyche given the job’ - I doubt it when he could be working for Pochettino for a team beating Real in the CL and his mate Alli banging them in. With his other mate Stones at Man City scoring in the same competition...

But no Dyche will encourage the stay.

I hope so but that article seems way off.

Add to that we are utter (something that rhymes with tank). There was a time I thought he might not be good enough for Everton. Now Everton aren't good enough for him. He can still wear his Everton PJs whilst winning trophies with another club. We'll probably re-sign him in his 30's to help us with promotion from league 2.

It's an "article" for a gambling website that is using quotes from a bookmaker's spokesman as it's source.

Clickbait essentially.
