Its pretty simple, he had his worst season last year from an individual perspective, prior to that he had also been stagnating... usually when people stagnate at jobs they look for a new one.

Well to be fair the only people who USUALLY move cities when getting a new job are NORMALLY the people who dont do your normal 9 to 5 min wage jobs.
