Looking at the scar, I cant imagine Chelsea would sign off a £30mill deal for a player who had just suffered that injury, its not as if it was a 4 week hamstring.

Maybe they looked at his medical records, got an opinion and said they want to wait. Not saying thats what happened but its plausible - there is no way in the world we would do it.

At least we are getting something for him.

Well said. For this reason I hope that he is a mega fail.

Different though, we had to sell him because we needed the money, Rooney had to go for our sake, this time we want the player but he dosent want us and dosent care the deal is getting worse for us as long as his payday goes up

Really wanted him to stay. I like Everton fans and local lads in the team. Thought after Koeman was sacked, that he'd change his mind - obviously not.

It's a shame that Sam won't give the fans a chance to offer Ross a fond (probably boo'ing) farewell.

The only thing I can say for Ross - at least he's kept a silence and not been all over the press saying how he wants to leave. Fair play - but other than that, he's had us under a bus.
 
Struggle to see him in a Chelsea side. Not sure they'd risk him using up one of their midfield places when they've got the likes of Fabregas, Kante and Bakayoko. He will be a bit part player for sure until he ends up elsewhere.
