Yes mate

Someone was saying DCL was playing Right Back once when he clearly wasn't, so I pulled the "I was at the game" rabbit out of the hat in order to correct them

There's probably other examples of me doing it as well

I've also had to be corrected sometimes as well by people watching on telly, because they've seen something from a replay that I haven't from my seat, so we've both seen the same situation differently

Basically, whether you're watching it at home or you're in attendance, you never truly get the full story

You are the voice of reason here mikey

Two attendees vs one blag feed watcher who uses mental health slurs in arguments.

It didn't happen, so let's all move on, like Barkley to Chelsea sadly today.

Why would they have paid £35m for an injured player who can’t play for them until January when they can just wait and get him cheaper then ? And if Drinkwater was the alternate option why are they signing Ross now ?

Cheap English player .. he's no risk for them Chelsea business model is to buy cheap players they make money on just look how many they have on loan. If Ross didn't say he would wait they would have paid. It's obvious what has happened and I have been saying that ross is running his contract down for ages.

To be honest, yes he is a rat, is he that good to be this assed about though? Not in my opinion. Showed sprinkles of class, but 85% of the time the "kid" (easy to forget hes 24 now) was hiding, making poor decisions or just sauntering through matches as if he somehow was above putting a shift in. The lad has the IQ of a parking attendant so good luck to him.

Is it ok to say that I'm disappointed he's leaving?

I felt he was a real prospect and, like Rooney, shows real touches of class; far better than I've seen from Klaasen, Schneiderlin, Siggy, Sandro (oh god, why did I start this list!) anyway.

Also like Rooney, he is prone to absolute 'mares of games/halves where every touch bounces to opposition...but the class is still there and he could make a difference in a game.

I've no idea what's went on behind the scenes but Koeman, for me, was super-negative about him from the get go and that surely unsettled his confidence.

It's a real shame to lose home grown talent and £15m is a steal. Those are the most disappointing factors for me.

It is really disappointing mate.

Barkley is a fantastic player capable of brilliant moments of skill. Some of his goals and assists I'd say only Rooney and Sigurddson are capable of in this side. He's a boyhood Evertonian and we're letting him leave for relative peanuts.

Dunno how Koeman can still be blamed for this when he’s been gone for months.

Genuinely think Loftus-Cheek is better than Barkley, can't we just swap?

I would be up for this. Bit weird that Chelsea are even doing this when they have him already.

It's not Ross we will miss, it's the type of player he is. We don't have anyone even close to that type.
