Same old same old mate.
Many players deserve vilification (the Barmby's and Lescotts) but others like Barkley are victims here. They are positioned as the villains and fed to the wolves. The manager doesn't want him. It's as plain as a pikestaff since day one that he didn't. We trace Barkley's departure from there. Anyone who cant accept that is just acting like a jilted lover.

Most of it is not bile or hatrid, just a statement fact coupled with frustration and sadness. Think jilted husband/wife.
Ross can do things to take the acrimony out of the divorce, but he is not. We are really upset because we don't understand why and the silence is awful. He should do what most in his situation would, put out a few generic vanilla statements, great fans, great club, new challenge etc.
It would help.
If RK did not fancy Ross from day one why did he not sell him last year at a top premium fee - like what's happened this year like Lukaku?

He couldn't come straight in and sell Barkley and Stones in one window. How would that have looked?
The same as selling our best two players now?
or why did the club not offer Ross and sort a deal on his contract then so we could now sell high now if it is personal life stuff that is rumoured for the reason Ross has to go?

The Dutchman will feel in a stronger position to do that having got a season under his belt and had that time to light a long fuse on Barkley to position him as the perpetrator of a move.
That is more like it , but our board were in prime position to lengthen Ross B contact last year before RK arrived!
It's all rather unsavoury mate.

They take their cue from Koeman. He is given the type of latitude it seems that managers under Kenwright never were.

Sorry that doesn't sound right,koeman did not have much choice the both of them wanted to go.
it did not sound right as there is no justification by our club to let a 23 year England international old contract run into its last year - Lukaku's was not let to run down - explain that one away?
If our board never tried last year what has been going on ?

It makes no difference he doesn't want to be here,we are not privy to what goes on inside the club they only tell you what they want you to hear, start looking in Barkley's direction.
