Jim White is Moshiris public mouthpiece, so it's as good as confirmed officially. All we can do now is wish Big Sam luck.Hopefully he'll do a good job for us.
Did you hear about the Jim White - Alan Parry bust up yesterday - Alan Parry had to apologise to save him being sacked after accusing Jim of something personal on air - never heard the event got told about it by my older brother last night !

At this moment in time, and after watching the last 2 capitulations, sam and his team are exactly what we need. This squad of overpaid pansies need a massive no nonsense kick up the ass as they are better than what they have been showing.
That game on Sunday saw players heads drop, not trying, and trying to get off the pitch and not be involved. If that’s the types of characters we have in the squad then they should not be considered for first team duties. Sam and his team will weed them out and not stand for any of the nonsense we have been putting up with.
Was he in my top ten of managers to get? Absolutely not.
After watching recently, I’m afraid he is probably what we need instead of some sexy foreigner cutting his teeth in this league.

I’ll accept sam and his team now, and if we stay in the league then he is worth his composting get rid of him so we can get a long term replacement in.
Weirdly, if he takes us down he’s probably best place to get us back up.

It is a essential that we stay in this league to realise our ambitions. This step is as close we can get to making that happen as we’re a disgrace right now.

I’ll be applauding him from the stands tonight. As I would any new everton manager.

Exactly i don't see the point in writing him off, before he's even set foot in the door.God there will be a lot of people eating their words, if this appointment turn out to be a success! So i see no good and no point in moaning. We are where we are.Welcome aboard Sam Allardyce, our next trophy winning manager.

I did, though what he said about white,i didnt know white had those past problems myself,

No matter what anyone's opinion is of SA, those at the ground tonight, and on Saturday, and any matches thereafter, have to GET BEHIND THE TEAM because they need us as much as they need each other and need a leader, to save the club form the ignominy of relegation.
He's thick skinned our Sam and he will just bat it off. The players on the other hand may be a little more fragile.

How did Steve Walsh not get sacked along with Koeman then is involved in negotiating our new Manager:rant:

Pretty much this, i have a default well worn Everton are gash setting that is activated time for cool heads and being pragmatic about this and do what we do follow Everton.

Positives will be that he will organised the squad and have some approach to games. He will also identify, recruit and fill the gaping holes in the squad so we dont resemble a jigsaw puzzle found on the shelf from the 90s.
