Only been here four months...

To get a proper picture he needs to be given more time...

Results will in the end determine his future, a good finish to the season will be important to his longevity at Everton...

If he gets an extension to his contract at least we will see what he can do over a period of time, then he can be judged correctly on his performance & not his like ability...
