Yes, it's improved recently. Having Coleman and Baines back helps a lot. Cenk settling in as well. If he stays next season the chances are he would have us in upper mid-table, maybe even in glorious seventh.

Is that good enough though given the resources now available ? Not for me, and probably not for most Blues. If there isn't a change of manager in the summer it will be another wasted season, and we've just had 4 of those.

Yes the fact is Sam is our manger at the time we have become safe ie his job is done. The point I was making was it’s not special. FFS anyone could of done it. It was never as dire as feared. But hey do what you will.

I’m not gonna thank him for classing this place down to best case draw lineups.

Actually not so fussed about what ins/outs we have. Quietly confident with just a couple of additions and introducing the existing squad + loaness to a proper set-up we might do quite well.

If anyone could have done it then the going rate wouldn't be six million pounds per year. We could have just stuck with Unsworth and every little thing would be alright. You don't see the kit-man on six million pounds per year do you? Nor do you see too many 'bums' raking in six million pounds per year either.

The squad is garbage at present! The idea that it's even capable of some sort of breathtaking brand of football is one of delusion. The football has been no better or worse than what is served up by 75% of the league, and its a damn sight better than the Walter Smith / Pulis style football that the Allardyce haters pretend is taking place.

Allardyce will oversee an overhaul of our squad this summer, and we will be a lot better off for it.

To be honest I hope your right as long as we don’t lineup against of West Broms caliber to draw. I really do.

The sooner the better, out. Another year of multiple managers in and out is the last thing we need.
