I'm encouraged by this:

"I know my responsibility to the football club and to the fans, and I know that they want as attractive football as they can possibly get, but I also know they want to see people who dig in and work hard, and roll their sleeves up for the cause, and while we didn't see much quality during the 1st half, you saw us dig in and then you saw much better quality in the 2nd half."

Attractive football, hard work and rolling their sleeves up - what more can we ask?

When Allardyce's name was announced as Everton's new manager, there was genuine warmth in the ovation that swept around the stadium.

He did not exactly look over his shoulder to see if a club legend had appeared behind him but Allardyce seemed slightly taken aback by the greeting he received, an arms aloft gesture changing to a fist-pump as all four sides of Goodison Park broke into loud applause.

There was applause for him around the stadium, but there were also a lot of people who sat in their seats and remained silent - no clapping, just silent protest.
And?? that means ??

How does Sports Psychology work?

"Tom I bet you can't score from there"

"Mason, I bet you can't jump this high"

Hopefully more
