I think allardyce is a bit unfairly maligned. I think he's in a tier with moyes, above pulis and pardew. I know that isn't what we're striving for, but his teams aren't always dreadful and he really turns squads around. I think we'll finish top 10 and that's a success. genuinely believe we only need a few pieces to get back to where we were and be set up well for improvement next season (tho at that point prob not with Sam at the helm).

No, I think he 100% has a legit medical appointment.
