Only way to get rid quickly is to stop attending the games. Follow Arsenal’s lead

It’s not as if you need to attend now anyway with nothing to play for. I hope the majority of fans decide to stay away from now until the end so as the club get the message Sam is not for us

Ha as if, the clappers have to go the game to show what boss blues they are, who else will clap our heroes in blue off at the end of the season?

I wouldn’t attend. And if you do, I’d have left way before they end of season walk. Clap them for what?

I’ve not attended for ages, full houses at Goodison clapping everything just reinforces the status quo. The board don’t do anything as long as we’re not getting relegated and there’s no fan discontent at matches. Huge swathes of empty seats or banners and protests would be what they want least but all we muster is clap clap clap clap.

I've suggested a walkout against Southampton 10 mins before the end. I won't be there like but that's what I'd have done.

You're dreaming if you think you'll get Goodison involved in anything. The majority are content with slating young academy players when they misplace a pass and clapping at Kenwright when he comes on the screen.

Anything like stay behind protests or marching outside the ground is Kopite behaviour in their view and who'd want to be them at the minute?

...

He simply has to go its terrifying the thought of him being here next season.

We massively need a manager to unite the fanbase, players and give us hope of winning a trophy/building a project.
Uniting the fan base is nice in theory but who of Martinez, Koeman and Unsworth has managed that in the last 5 years?

Said this tonight.

We are the ones that cocked up here, not him.

If you didn't have the love for Everton we do, would you not do the same?
Of course we would. But some of us would have tried to get the team to perform like they weren't wading through 2 foot of extra thick gravy.

The ideal thing is we win the last 4 games, Sam ends on a high and the board says thank you very much for your magnificent contribution but we want to appoint a manager to take us into the future, and goodbye. He goes away with a big cheque, all aglow and tells everyone what a great way to finish his career. We give the job to some one else. Everyone is happy (or happyish).

The thing is some seem to be thinking that if we win our last 4 or even most of them, that sam will be here next season because of that, that's why some are hoping we lose to confirm hes gone etc,,,if he is indeed going which going by all the noises it does sound like,it would be better for Everton to say now that he was leaving end of the season knowing if we win, it will have no effect of what happens to him staying etc,

If he's going then there's only one way it will be announced. The week of the last home game they'll announce that Scam will be leaving at the end of the season by mutual consent. Thus circumventing chants like the Swansea away end during the lap of appreciation. He'll be interviewed and say he's enjoyed his time here etc before going on to change tack in 6 months when he's asked about it on Talksport.

There'll be no mention of a replacement until after the West Ham game and the domestic season is officially over so whoever they are looking at or talking to can be officially announced as leaving where they currently are.

As much as people do want him leaving to be announced now, you wouldn't want another situation like Koeman making the board look even worse. If it is Fonseca he won't want anything announced until after he's done with Shaktar and it's the same if it's anyone else currently at a club.
