Surely he is aware that his days are numbered?!

It baffles me like he talks about planning for net season, is it all a front?

He went through similar at West Ham. Then got the boot. He's got to play the game, guarantees his pay off doesn't it? "Well I was contracted and planning for next season".

Guess he has to put on the front for the players too, at least try to keep them motivated and thinking he's their long term future.

Or he is staying. Aaaargh.

All 3 are gash mate:

1. Martinez was appointed on the basis of winning the FA Cup whereas alot of Blues myself included were against it on the back of his constant relegation battles/eventual relegation and renowned for being unable to defend.

2. Koeman - alot wanted him based on his record at Southampton but others saw his limited achievements elswhere/history of falling out with players as a negative.

3. Alladyce the minority were content with him based on the situation we found ourselves in but most still see him as the limited firefighter he is.

Thats why for me he has to go but we need to appoint the right man - Emery/Fonesca are both proven and would laregely unite the fanbase imo.

Howe/Dyche/Alladyce would be going around in circles.

The truth is, If Fonseca is a really good manager he won’t be coming here. There’s a reason we ended up with the last three managers.

Any links, as I`d like to add my zero too

Yeh hope this is the case. Cannot believe they will keep him on, not after the crown reactions.

It might not be popular, but I do wonder if it would be wise to bin him off without a satisfactory replacement signed sealed and delivered. We told Koeman to get out and we ended up with our unpopular gravy fan because of a poor strategy/ desperation. We've not been great and I worry he wouldn't make signings to build for the future but he'd keep us steady. Get a panic appointment in and it could go worse.

I honestly think this next managerial appointment is critical for taking us forward and it needs to be handled correctly.

While this is kind of true i think its more to do with bad decision making, but we have to stop this trend of going for the current in form name or next big thing, we need someone who is good now
