'Sort that defence out'

I've only fact checked one of those stats..

It is correct he has conceded 26 goals in 20 games. But there are only 7 teams with a better defence in that time, the top 5, Burnley and Newcastle. So you might want to double check some of those stats.

He's done pretty well considering what he was taking over.

No, he hasn't.

No, he hasn't.

I get it, you don't like the football, but when you put it into perspective he hasn't done that bad a job really. Joint 6th most points since taking over. More than Arsenal. I think everyone here would have taken that if you were offered that on November 30th.

But I'll leave it there, I think the guy is probably a goner, but good luck for next season, hopefully much better football to come!

Oh, he really has.

But as an outsider, you won't and don't get that.

The only reason we coincided less goals is because Coleman and Bains are back in the team, before then we had a RB at LB and a kid on his 1st season in the PL in a team lacking in confidence, We had no striker and no pace, He signed Walcott and got Bolasie back, with that pace on either wing, along with 2 of the best LB/RB in the prem, we should be going at teams but we are not, we are playing terrible boring football.

Just amazes me how anyone could think he has done a decent job when we have won just 4 out of the last 17 games and are playing the worst football we have played in decades. You couldn't even call it football it is that bad. He never saved us from relegation as we were never in danger of being relegated and were 13th when he was appointed. He has done absolutely abysmal and is being paid 6 million pound a year for it. In any other business it would be called fraud and extortion.

This is ridiculous. He has absolutely done a bad job.

He was in 13th (tied in points for 12th) and 2 points out of 9th. That wouldn't be horrible if the following didn't happen:

He has ZERO cup or European competitions to balance. He missed the toughest part of our schedule (all the top 6 in the first month or two). He missed half the injuries - Bolassie, Coleman, Baines, etc. He got to spend 50M in friggin January.

To gain 2-3 points on the field with all of those advantages that Koeman or Unsworth didn't have, frankly, he's been worse than both and a certain downgrade.

But really, the constant arrogance, the blaming everyone but himself, the delusional and insulting characterization of our fans, etc. should have gotten him fired in 5 seconds. I do think it's fair to bring in a new D of F to make that decision, but it's pretty obvious he will.

Every time he talks about achieving his objective of saving us from relegation, he's talking himself out of a job. Sam is more interested in his own PR than the performance of his team.

Any progressive manager would have looked up the table rather than down and set targets appropriately.

Next appointment needs to be long term, with a clear vision and no time for sentiment.

Given how much you're defending Allardyce, why not change your username to NeutralPieWithGravy?

Big Scam's defensive tactic is the avoidance of attacking.

The amount of pressure invited onto us by his ultra negative tactics is suicidal and we might as well just give the opposition a one or two goal head start.

Attack wise we are awful. I like Cenk, but he might as well be sitting on a deck chair whilst he waits for an Everton player to support him or make a chance.

Any Evertonian whose blood doesn't boil when they hear his wind ups should get to the doctor quick as they have a real problem.

Anyone who has the best interests of football at heart knows what a scurrilous individual he is and would applaud him being hounded out of the game.

How can anyone come out in favour of this man?

Big Scam out!
