Not sure what all the fuss is about Sam, took over a side that was falling down the league and looked like real relegation fodder and already mathematically out of Europe, got knocked out of the FA cup by champion league semi finalists, who themselves got knocked of the FA cup by then and still bottom club West Bromwich Albion.
We are one position off where we can realistically be in the league with current investment in squad. Simply nowhere near the investment currently that is required to be even top six anymore.

I don't want us to play well to finish just 7th, I want play boring and win something then I'll entertain being entertained watching Everton play football.

Look he has displaced youth with the old hasbeens in midfield- which imo is the slowest ever!
Big Sam summoned to London by the Mosh on Thursday!

Yeah was just reading that. Not sure how reliable it is but it would make sense.

Revealed: Huge Everton manager development as Moshiri schedules London talks

Farhad Moshiri has summoned Sam Allardyce to London for crunch talks amid doubts over his Everton future, Football Insider sources understand.

The Goodison Park majority shareholder has ordered the under-fire manager to his offices in the capital for discussions following intense speculation about his position.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that Allardyce’s last meeting with Iranian billionaire Moshiri in London was in January, when they met to discuss transfers.

It is possible that talks will be on a similar line on this occasion, although Allardyce’s precarious position means he could be told he is set for the sack.

Allardyce was appointed last November on an 18-month contract but has failed to win over a major section of supporters despite steering the team to eighth in the Premier League table.

The Merseysiders beat Newcastle 1-0 on Monday night but fans were still highly critical of the team’s performance on social media.

Everton have been strongly linked with Shakhtar Donetsk’s Paulo Fonseca and former Watford and Hull City manager Marco Silva as potential replacements for Allardyce.

Before Allardyce's first official game in charge (Huddersfield) we had actually climbed from 17th to 13th.

I dont know mate. I remember that @Armel mentioned this spat a while back and I wasn't sure who was to blame or whether it's resolved/resolvable.

No he was misquoted, he didn't retire from the Belgian national football team. Naingollan is just a bit volatile (at New year he posted this: ;

a video of him smoking and drinking).

He played against Saudi-Arabia for a minute or 20 and apparently they've worked on their relationship so I think he'll probably go to the WC (especially since Defour is injured). I was at Belgium-Saudia Arabia. Naingollan is immensely popular, when he entered the game the noise levels went through the roof, more than for a goal or something. So would be quite a call to leave him in Belgium. If he's in the mood tonight Liverpool will have a very uncomfortable game.
