kloop's interview is the best telly I've seen for years,,,and sam's doing ok so far, think like most I gave a give sigh of NOOOO when he was mentioned but he seems to be fitting in... I think we're going to have a great few years with him...definately a penalty btw, dcl was pushed, whiney whingey liverpool as usual...coyb

Hard to get too carried away. Niasse on the wing? stupid decision, Rooney out-wide? At the end of the day we were gash for virtually most of the game, no passion and we could hardly string 2 passes together. Klopp takes more credit for our win, no Coutinho or Firminio starting the game, taking Salah off when he was taking the piss down our left, and thanks to Mane for being a greedy tit when he had 2 players unmarked.

It makes it all the more better taking a point from the game when we didn't deserve it, because it just makes the RS beauts fume more.

If we had got beat, I bet this Allardyce thread would have had a different vibe to it.
But we didn’t get beat and Pickford didn’t make a save due to Sam’s defensive know-how ;)

Sam:

“[Jurgen Klopp can] moan all he wants, it’s a penalty.
If you push somebody in the box – our player is goal side, so if he’s not touched, he doesn’t go over but he was touched, he goes over and it’s a penalty.

“It’s an extremely brave decision to give that for us in a derby at Anfield and the referee got it right.”

;).
