Thats simply not true and I suggest you get up to speed on the facts. The Clubs get him in to stop the rot, give him hardly any money so he has to go for "end of the line " players. He doesnt sign them on long contracts or huge "wedges". If the bollox you are talking wasnt bollox then how come that under Allardyce these teams make steady progression? With the few resources he gets from the failing clubs he goes to he performs miracles. "We want results and sustainable football" Lol! well you are getting results from a failed team and its sustainable. Now if you are talking about style of play thats down to bringing in players with the quality to play it and maintain success.
Can I ask who you support and please be truthful in your answer

There's a battle for the soul of the club going on. I don't think divisive views are helpful. Unfortunately sometimes it's necessary. As supporters we know the direction the club needs to take, whether the board are interested in that, we'll see.

Lets call a spade a spade here. There isn't one club in the top six who would entertain Allardyce as a manager. The last time spurs won the league was in 62. he wouldn't come near their club and we are supposed to entertain him? No, it doesn't fly with me.

You can argue we were relegation candidates in November, fair enough. I don't agree like but once you start accepting that this club, should be grateful for 8th or what his style of management brings to the table. You're killing the heritage of our club, by proxy. And though you may be an Evertonian, that mindset will kill us, slowly but surely.

I look at it like this. Thanks Sam, you did your job but bottom line, you don't have the skill-set to get us where we belong. nothing personal, few do, that's why we worship them, turn them into deserved legends. You ain't never gonna be a Catterick or Kendall. Leave at the end of the season while there will still be goodwill towards you.

After that, this club needs some serious soul searching. Because somewhere along the way I'm starting to fail to recognize the club I've supported all my life.

;) spot on IMO

My concern is who do we bring in to replace Sam more importantly who is making this decision

to have a repeat of when Koeman left would be suicidal , the timing of this appointment is not ideal with the World Cup coming up , the DOF should be involved and Walsh doesnt exactly fill me with confidence therefore would prefer it that Brands is involved before the decision is made ?

Tbh it’s posts like this that p1ss me of. You would rather see the club go backwards and keep Sam. So you can laugh at me wanting change for the good of the club? - no words mate no words needed.
Dont want Sam to continue either, but the club as a whole has been going backwards for some time...

A few people turning on results against dross but ask yourself this what does he build if he stays for a season or two?How long has he got left in football?Does he invest in our younger players and our future? Can he push us beyond 7th? What kind of players will he bring in?Does he improve players? Does he have an ethos beyond get behind the ball and launch it and hope a few moments come off?
I think his treatment of Lookman and his sporadic use of Vlasic tells you all you need to know about his views on youth
He’s the anti Zat

Rooney knows that if Allardyce goes his career at Everton I’d probably over, same for the rest of the holiday camp clique at the club. They all need binning this summer.
I’m not taking too much notice of what Rooney has said. He’s not going to say much else in my opinion.
Players can be clever. The last thing they want, is for anyone to think there’s any unrest behind closed doors, and confirm there’s a clique or player power at work.. especially if a new man is to arrive and hunt down the trouble makers.
There’s quite a few coming to the end of their Everton careers, and they know it.

Allardyce flanked by Sammy Lee and Ferguson on the bench and Walsh operating between them and the board are locked in position by a group of senior players like Rooney, Baines and Jagielka.

That right there is cause for great concern as they have a strangle hold on this club as we move toward a decision on its direction.

The forces of conservatism and self-interest are winning out lads. At least another season to come in the doldrums on the pitch.
