A total of 9 goals conceded in North London, against Arsenal and Spurs this season. There's no over exaggerating that.It actually happened!

Yes I am aware of this.

It has also been happening for a quarter of a century. It is nothing new. Our record against the "top" teams over this time has been an utter disgrace. It is not just this season and certainly not down to just one man is it?

There are plenty of things to have a go at Allardyce over. This is not one of them because it is not purely of his doing as the past results more than adequately indicate. If we want to improve we need to look at the bigger picture and scale of time. This mentality was here decades before he was.

Unfortunately he believes that we the mighty Everton should be as grateful to him as WHU, NUFC, Sunderland or Palace for his deigning to save us from nosediving into the Championship or yoyo-ing each season - he thinks of us in the same category as them. This a self fulfilling prophecy as the longer we allow the abhorrent person to be a part of us we will become more like them. Our ambitious goal for next season will be to not get drawn into a relegation battle (that's all he knows)... wildly successful season would be a seventh place finish... Blue Bill 'reassured' us that we will keep all our players... we don't f-ing want them, we want better ones and our ambition and plan for 2018/19 should be Top Six bare minimum. No we are not good enough now but our ambition cannot be to be 'not good enough' next year.
This is actually true. The longer he stays the more our club will an image of him.

I saw a James MCLean interview at the weekend. I dont like the fella at all but what he said was interesting. He was what the difference has been since the new manager has come in. He replied getting back to basics. No respect to Alan (Pardew) but he tried to get us to play a more expansive game, but we were so set in our ways the players could not adapt.

While our neighbours are preparing for a champions league final, some Everton supporters are fapping themselves into oblivion, over Big Sam having us in 8th place. We are such a big club, but some of our supporters thinking mentality and outlook, is just small time.

Are we actually big? History yes, present day relevance not so much.

Nobody is doing this.

Not one person.

Zero.
Yes they are papa. Nearly 10% have voted fot Allardyce to be kept on next season. They are prepared to put up with the durgid football and the mans horrid personality because him being here represents security, staying in the Premier league. That, to most of us on here is small time. If you dont think so thats fine, but dont dismiss the majority on this just because we have a greater ambition for the club than you do.

I know the echo journalists talk a lot of [Poor language removed], especially prentice. He said on the last podcast, Fonseca isn’t on the short list anymore but silva is

Thursdays are good days for club announcements. Just trying to go to bed on a positive note. Instead i will probably have nightmares about the shocking difference in our goals and the reds this season.

------------F A +/-
Liverpool - 80 37 43
Everton - 42 54 -12

Give anyone nightmares that would.

And they were awarded for it. o_O
20 teams in the league mate and we have to play well against them all to win anything. What we're doing, or more succinctly not doing has absolutely nothing to do with LFC. I don't for the life of me understand why a few posters on here keep referencing them.
They're having a great season by their own standards but haven't been the best team in our league for almost as long as Everton haven't.
Maybe stop paying for your sky sports package and listening to talksport unless you love to endure propaganda on a scale akin to Goebbels best/worst stuff.
We need to be better than LFC, MUFC, MCFC, CFC, THFC and every other FC if we want to win the league and that should be our aim. The club should plan and act accordingly over a period of time to achieve that aim and at the very least enjoy the journey while trying and we as fans should have the same single minded outlook. So why some posters on here refer to Klops amazing red army who haven't won anything is all a bit strange to me, quite frankly.

I genuinely would like to know who Neill would suggest as manager.

I would love to form a group including Neville, Ratcliffe, Joe Royle., Usworth, Reid and maybe Kevin Campbell to see who they would recommend.
There are lots of managers out there mate. Many expect to be available during the summer but liots more under contract and doing well at other clubs..

You're the one who has restricted the shopping list to 2. Emery or Allardyce.

Has anyone asked Allardyce what he hopes to achieve with Everton next season?

Just interesting to see its the default 40 points

None of this is "fapping themselves into oblivion over Big Sam having us in 8th place" though is it? Its another massive exaggeration.

What are you on about when talking about dismissing the majority? I don't want Allardyce myself, I have said this countless times, but because I am not readying the pitch fork or burning an effigy of him I am "dismissing the majority"?

All I said was there is not one person made up that Allardyce has got us to 8th. There are obviously some who are "ok" with it though, 10% by the looks of it. Conversely why is it OK for you to dismiss them if you want to go that route?

I am sick of Evertonians having a go at each other which is the main reason for me that he has to go and also why its vital that our next manager is not divisive.

What you actually said in your post was not one person has done that

Zero.

I thought you were responding to the last line of the OP implying many of our fans have small time ambition for our club.
