7th and beating City 4-0Our record last season suggests the problem goes deeper and further back than Allardyce.
I’d take that for this season and probably next season if truth be known
We played some nice football AT TIMES last season

Ain't dat the truth.Wouldnt matter,we have a manager a couple of generations out of touch anyway
And beating Arsenal, unbeaten with both Manchester clubs7th and beating City 4-0
I’d take that for this season and probably next season if truth be known

There was a report there was a few jeers when he took the stage!Did Everton fans really give BFFS a warm reception at the awards evening?

There was a report there was a few jeers when he took the stage!
Fair enough, but that was in an environment of lovie dovies of Bullcrap Bill!Joey, mate who was there says the reception was mixed: some silent, some clapping, some boos and one or two shouts of the “Get Out” type (but not as polite as that)
Around 2 usually aren't they?Thought we’d get a presser today for a Saturday game?
Sound.Around 2 usually aren't they?
Gone through past seasons results against the top 6 mate going back to 2010/11 season. Here's the figures.Ah right. No I meant the fapping thing. I don't think anyone is delighted with what is happening. A small amount of people are generally OK with it and that's about it.
I think people are just ramping things up do to the situation and everything that is said gets blown out of proportion. For example me saying that our problems started way before Allardyce doesn't mean I love the bloke or anything. Just trying to inject a dose of realism when people are saying our performances against the top sides has been awful this season like its an anomaly or something, when its not, its pretty much par for the course.
The main stat out of that we spent millions on players and lifted our wages!Gone through past seasons results against the top 6 mate going back to 2010/11 season. Here's the figures.

12/13 W2 D6 L4 Points 12
13/14 W4 D3 L5 Points 15
14/15 W1 D3 L8 Points 7
15/16 W1 D5 L6 Points 8

So yeah, apart from back in the Moyes knife to a gunfight days we've never come out on top against the top 6, and it's debatable how "top 6" Man City actually were in those days. But realistically, isn't that to be expected to a degree. We could never compete with the big boys on transfer fees and salaries.
But I have to say it has been worse this year than normal. It's the first season we haven't won a single game and, in fairness, haven't remotely looked likely to. We have basically been given a footballing lesson by the big teams this season evidenced by the for and against stat of 6 v 30.
I now you're not one for stats mate but these ones don't mask the truth.
And this isn't a go at Sam per se. Koeman was in charge for 5 of those games. It's just highlighting the fact that it has been a bit worse than usual this season.
