I think alladyce has already had a positive effect on Williams.
Williams is actaully a good defender of the mistakes are ironed out, he tackles hard and physically strong and great in the air.
He's very limited though and that needs to be taken into account.
lollollol amazing what a couple of wins does.

I’ve come round to him as manager, he’s here anyway there’s nothing we can do about it. Him and his back room staff bring a huge amount of experience with them it can only be a positive for us.
For years all the pundits have been saying Allardyce is a quality manager who for whatever reason hasn’t been offered a big job. The way I see it, this is the biggest job him and the backroom staff are gonna get so I expect them to work their socks off to make it work. Again it can only be a positive for us. We also did look a lot more organised today especially in defence.

The way he's talking show that he thinks he has a point to prove. Going into the tactical changes he made. Explaining his thinking. Saying how at EFC we want fighters as well as good football.

He's got the knowledge how to get results you don't get 7 jobs as a premier league manager if you fail. . Has man management and knowledge to progress Everton in the right direction
