I hope the longer term is better but it is fair to say that James has not worked out too well this season. Hope he toughens up.

I think hes worked out really well mate. Helped win us a number of key games already.

Never going to play every week, and hopefully can play a bit more 2nd half of the season, but hes been the difference in several tight games. Brighton, Fulham and Palace we dont win without him.

A joy to watch really. When he was fit and playing, the best player in the league this season thus far.

I totally agree, he is average at best. We won’t progress if we are relying on him to be in our midfield. I trust whatever Carlo thinks so right for the team

Hmmm. Three games, half a season. Think Fulham was Iwobi the star that day. Anyway lets hope we see a lot more of James fit and on form. He can be exceptional but we need a lot more to justify his doubtless massive wage.

Who do you think we are competing with? City and Liverpool are far better teams than Juve. Would you want to bring in a player who was miles from getting a game for City or Liverpool?. If the answer is yes then think about players like Fabian Delph or Rhian Brewster.

As for James, he is lovely to watch but if you think he is one of the best players in the League then you are on crack.
